Since January of this year, Dave led a Speed to Market strategy initiative designed to cut the development time of new annuity products in half. After the three month strategy development was completed, we retained Dave to lead the implementation.

The executive interviews he completed assisted the executive team in understanding how much culture change was involved with this substantial process improvement.

For the past six months we had the privilege of working with Midwest Project Partners. Their engagement consisted of a ten week Conceptual Design exercise in which teams from both groups worked together to create a plan that would prepare us for future growth, improve operational efficiencies, and reduce direct costs. The result was a three-year roadmap comprising 32 individual projects. To assure continuity and to begin implementation with the same focus and structure as we followed in the design phase, we extended the Midwest Project Partner engagement to include the kickoff and implementation of our initial projects. Their roles included Program Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst.
