Jane Whalen is president of Midwest Project Partners. Jane joined the firm after holding business development responsibilities for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young for five years. She also spent six years with EDS, where she coordinated merger and acquisition initiatives, managed projects, and developed client relationships.
